The terms ‘THE SWEET STORE LTD or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Orbital House, 20 Eastern Road, Romford RM1. Our company registration number is 7183792. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

The Sweet Store Ltd may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.
Unfortunately due to the bespoke nature of personalisation, we would be unable to refund or accept returns of personalised items as they would not be able to be resold to anyone else. Once the item has been ordered and produced we would be unable to cancel this order or refund this order. This applies to any product that we personalise within our website.
The only exception within this order is damage, and if this damage has been caused during transit with proof we would accept this.
Prices are shown per product and all include V.A.T at 20%. We always try to make sure that the prices are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in pricing of the products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as cancelled). If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.
You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details, based on the size of your order and the delivery address you specify.
You must pay for your order before it is delivered and you can do so by credit card via SAGEPAY. The only exceptions to this are for corporate accounts where it is pre-agreed by The Sweet Store that the company can pay by invoice. Invoice terms are 7 days only. To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet. Your credit card company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the order.
We try to The Sweet Store Ltd as up to date we can but we can not always guarantee that a product will always be available. If we are unable to supply a product we reserve the right to replace it with an alternative that is of a similar nature. We can were we are able offer the option of back-orders and if this is not acceptable we will refund you in full if you are not happy to accept this.
All offers are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you the money you have paid for it.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Copyright and Trade Marks
The Sweet Store Ltd do not give you any right or interest in any copyright or intellectual property rights in any product nor the right to copy them.
The copyright in The Sweet Store Ltd web site and the content therein is owned by and licensed to The Sweet Store Ltd only. This copyright includes all our logos and own own packaging, and photographs that appear on our website and also includes all our our marketing materials. The copyright also extends to the layout of our website that should not be reproduced as we have it laid out.
You may not use any content within our website without our permission. You may print The Sweet Store Ltd information of in respect of placing orders, however other materials within the website may not used for anything else. The Sweet Store Ltd and our logos are our trade names and trade marks and cannot be used by anyone else unless they have permission from THE SWEET STORE LTD. Any other brands that we sell upon our website belong to their respective owners.
Privacy and Data Policy
The Sweet Store Ltd will ensure it protects your privacy and promises only to use information collected about you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
When you place an order with us we will require certain details, i.e. email address, home address and telephone numbers, however as we use SAGEPAY to administer our payments, we do not have any access to your credit card or debit card records, and we do however reserve the right to keep the other information for us to do the following, process your order, provide you with an efficient servie, open and run your accounts, send you materials with offers and prize draws where applicable and to provide a tailormade service to you, i.e. advise you when new products come online.
By placing an order and givings us your data you are in agreement with this use.
We will not collect information about you that it sensitive or store any financial details in respect of your order.
If you have used The Sweet Store.com web site or ordered goods from us we reserve the right to let you know about any offers or new products that may be of interest to you. If you do not wish us to contact you in this way, please let us know. We will never divulge your information to any third parties and will not sell any personal information about you to any other company.
We don’t think this will be a major issue as we hope all our products will arrive well packaged and our quality is always checked but there may be occasion when you may feel you need to return an item and in this instance we will ensure it is as easy as possible and these terms do not affect your statutory rights.
We want to ensure you are satisfied with every order, if you are unhappy with an item then we will endeavour to change this for you, however this can only be done in instances where the product has not been opened. Simply return it to us within 28 days of purchase, having taken reasonable care and return in an unused state with original packaging and we will ensure you are refunded the price you paid for the goods but this will exclude any packaging and postage costs.
We will make the refund directly to the credit/charge card used to place the original order within 28 days or earlier once we have inspected the returned item and are satisfied that it has been returned to us in the condition it was in when delivered to you.
In respect of unwanted products we do not refund you any delivery costs.
We try to select and package the products as well as possible to ensure they arrive in good condition. However, if a product arrives damaged or with defects, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if you return the product to us at the postal address below within 30 days of receipt.
In these circumstances we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.
